The Portland Film Festival presented by Comcast NBC Universal is hosting its annual Volunteer Fair on Wednesday, October 2nd. The event will take place at the Hi-Lo Hotel in Downtown Portland between 5:30-8:30pm.
Individuals interested in volunteering should attend and learn more about the Festival and sign up for a shift during the October festival’s week long schedule. The event will be held October 14th to the 20th at Portland’s trendy Hi-Lo Hotel. Each year over 300 volunteers help produce one of the largest film festivals on the West Coast.
Come meet current volunteers, team leaders and learn about benefits you receive as a volunteer:
- free passes to screenings
- free entrance to parties and networking events
- free PDXFF19 film festival t-shirt
- great networking for professional or aspiring filmmakers
- new friendships
- resume and portfolio building (many volunteers found work and jobs from the connections they made last year)
The Portland Film Festival is 100% volunteer-driven organization, and none of their programs would be possible without the support of the generous, dedicated volunteers.
